Zebra is currently running appropriately 1-3 business days. Bulk orders are taking 1-3 business days as well, larger bulk may talk up to 5 business days. All of our products: dip powders, cuticle oils, chrome powdered, flakes, cuticle oils, and body essentials are handmade. We take the utmost care in preparing your order. Thank you for your patience.

Body Essentials orders can take longer due to the time it takes to make the products, let them set, package and ship. Thank you for your understanding.
Free local pick up.
There is a $11.99 shipping charge per order for shipping to Canada. Customers are responsible for any customs charges on receipt.
Standard shipping through USPS is a flat rate of $4.99 to the continental United States.

Claims on lost packages: Replacements and claims on lost or damaged packages will only be honored if you have taken Route Protection that we offer. If USPS shows it delivered that is by scan and GPS you would need to call and speak to your local post office if you did not indeed receive the package. You file with route in the case of a lost package.
If your package tracking hasn't updated email us first at email@example.com We will check your order and advise if it definitely was dropped off/picked up by USPS. Claims can be filed after 14 business days per USPS policy.
FREE USA shipping for all orders totaling $40.00 or over after all qualifying discounts and coupons are applied.
Canada Shipping is $11.99 customer is responsible for additional customs fees. Reach out if you have any questions. Some areas and orders (depending on cost of products) will be charged nothing additional while some will have customs charges for Handling and HST. This is something we do not charge from Zebra. This is a customs charge.
We ship internationally and rates are figured at checkout by location. Customers are responsible for any customs charges at delivery.
Packages showing in transit or delivered are out of our control and is an issue with USPS not Zebra. You will need to call your local post office for them to check GPS as to where it was delivered to.

Returns: Due to the type of products we sell returns are not accepted
Refunds: are given or replacements if something is wrong with your order at the discretion of the company. Done on a case by case basis.
**disclaimer that products may not appear like photos. Due to RGB's on each screen can be different. Different liquids may also cause different results. Our photos are taken with ONLY Zebra liquids. Lighting in your home pr outside can also cause colors to appear differently. We try to give appropriate representation as much as possible. Complaints on a specific product must be emailed to email@example.com within 5 days of receiving the product. We must see photos of the jar and swatch in different lighting to check for issues.
If a product is damaged in shipment please reach out to the appropriate carrier then us to see if a replacement is in order. You must show pictures/videos of any damages or incorrect orders. You must purchase route protection for there to be any claim or responsibility from Zebra for lost or damaged shipments.
